Height in feet equals Effort  Elemental Water: Conjure water. Create 100 gallons per point of Effort  Elemental Air: Create powerful wind blasts. Knock down all in Near cone.  Elemental Ice: Freeze water solid. Freeze 100 gallons per point of Effort.
