Hey there, I'm Colin

Just one old guy making games. I wrote and published my first TTRPG back in 1989.

No fancy office, no team — just me, my computer, and probably too much coffee. I handle everything from writing to layout to dealing with DriveThruRPG (and occasionally muttering to myself).

Why I Make Games

I have been playing RPGs since I was 12 years old, and that was four decades (gasp) ago. Right from the beginning, I was always interested in the "game beneath the game" - the structures and forces encoded in the games rules. I have also always wanted to share my enthusiasm for RPGs. I craft every book with care, usually during the wee hours of the night between life's other responsibilities.

My Process

There's nothing glamorous about this. My computer is littered with half-started and half-finished projects. Some of them ferment for years.

What I lack in resources and time, I make up for with passion. I've touched every element in these games, shaping them as best I know how... hoping you'll find them fun.
